Inventory data supports how materials are received, stored, issued, and reported, and it helps warehouse and operations teams plan work and respond to business needs. This role supports that accuracy at the warehouse level.
As an Inventory Analyst, you will focus on identifying the causes of inventory variances and helping improve accuracy across warehouse and manufacturing processes. Through data analysis, audits, and system review, your work supports consistent execution and reliable inventory information.
Working under the direction of the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, you’ll partner with Engineering, Quality, Production, NPI, and Document Control to help keep bills of material, system transactions, and revision changes accurate and aligned. In doing so, you support dependable warehouse operations that help Watkins Wellness serve its dealers and customers.

- Do details matter to you? Perform periodic audits of manual and system operations, including WIP, stockroom, MRB, finished goods, receiving, and manual transactions.
- Can you keep exceptions under control? Monitor bin activity excluded from standard cycle counts or variance counts to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained.
- Do you like being a go‑to resource? Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory inquiries from other departments.
- Are you comfortable partnering on the shop floor? Work with production teams to ensure cut‑down and scrap reporting is completed accurately and on time.
