As a Senior Customer Service Analyst – Order to Delivery, you’ll play a critical role in managing the end-to-end order process for complex and high-priority customer accounts. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver exceptional service, resolve logistics challenges, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. You will collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and customer teams while serving as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders.
We’re looking for you to bring strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within our Order to Delivery processes.
HERE´S WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING:
- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle for complex, high-priority customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, resolving issues and managing escalations effectively.
- Partner cross-functionally (sales, supply chain, finance, Invoice to Cash) to troubleshoot and resolve logistics, pricing, and order management challenges.
- Perform root cause analysis and leverage data insights to identify trends and drive continuous process improvements.
- Lead customer-focused initiatives that enhance service delivery, including EDI, VAS, inventory management, and order optimization.
- Ensure compliance with WK Kellogg Co policies, including GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.
- Utilize SAP and other tools to manage order processes, track performance, and support strategic initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the order lifecycle, including presenting insights and recommendations.
- Champion a high-performance, customer-centric culture while supporting team collaboration and operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED required, with 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and complex accounts in a logistics or customer service environment.
- Strong knowledge of order management, fulfillment, transportation, and customer service processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to thrive in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BA, or BS) preferred.
- Experience navigating SAP modules such as Order to Cash, Master Data, Returns, Pricing, and Inventory Management.
- Familiarity with shared services or process-driven environments.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience working in a multinational organization or with global teams.
- Background in the processed or packaged foods industry.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and commitment to meeting customer expectations and performance objectives.
Salary Range: $66,400 - $83,000
Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
