Supervise screening of all persons, vehicles and materials entering and exiting the site.
Ensure security team members are effectively patrolling the property for fire, flood, and unusual incidents.
Oversee Security personnel to ensure that assigned tasks and projects are completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
Oversee installation, maintenance and use of plant security systems and alarms.
Remain current in applicable processes of gold production and ensure it is properly communicated to security staff.
Act as Security Supervisor occasionally, and assist with responsibilities, as required.
Work in a healthy work environment with full support, cooperation, and commitment to satisfy our operation’s goal of being accident-free.
Comply with federal and provincial acts and regulations, and legal requirements.
Adhere to all relevant corporate policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
