Job Description

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The CS Team Lead is responsible for administering and managing services and maintains responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of the program. The CS- Team Lead maintains a comprehensive understanding/knowledge base of the program to include regulations, finances, and day-to-day operations.

Essential Functions (Job Duties)

• Responsible for the overall administration of services provided within the program.
• Oversees the provision of services in participant’s homes, community, and certified sites and via telehealth.
• Understands and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Establishes policies, procedures, and practices to support day-to-day operations and the well-being of staff and individuals receiving services.
• Collaborates with colleagues, service providers, and regulatory agencies.
• Responds to questions and concerns; promotes healthy dialogue with advocates, family members, and the community.
• Reviews revenue and expenses, submits, and assesses financial reports, and closely monitors financial health and areas for growth.
• Supports a competent workforce and provides or facilitates training as needed.
• Manages and supports staff and reviews staff performance.
• Monitors and mentors’ staff to improve documentation and billing.
• Ensures that staff provide exceptional care to support the physical, social, and developmental needs of individuals served.
• Tracks and provides data as requested.
• Oversees accurate and timely payroll submissions.
• Tracks and monitors incident management, ensuring best practices and addressing issues.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a fulltime, 40 hours a week position.

Workweek schedule: Monday through Friday.

Hours of work: 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Hours and schedules may vary depending on Company and Program needs. Employees will be given as much notice as possible when such changes occur.

Travel

Travel to Participant’s choice of meeting locations will be necessary, as well as occasional travel for trainings. Mileage will be reimbursed at agency rate.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with 3 years’ experience in a Human Services Position preferred.
