Oversee unit planning to ensure compliance with MYP requirements (global contexts, key and related concepts, ATL, inquiry questions, and assessment criteria)
Support teachers in writing and implementation of curriculum initiatives through both formal and informal professional development (e.g. attendance at departmental meetings, classroom ‘drop-ins’ and observations, organizing/running staff meetings and curriculum sessions on professional development days)
Coordinate internal and external moderation processes
Ensure consistent and accurate use of MYP assessment criteria and reporting practices
Lead on the implementation of IB Approaches to Teaching and Learning (ATL) across the MYP
