Job Description
As an Enterprise Change Analyst, you will support Change Enablement and Delivery programs that span multiple initiatives, stakeholders and priorities, with a strong focus on people and workforce related change. Here’s your opportunity to help shape how large scale change is designed, analysed and delivered across Transport for NSW, supporting programs that impact our people, workforce and ways of working across the Transport Cluster.
You will:
• Support and deliver enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring people impacts, risks, and readiness.
• Work closely with Change Managers and senior stakeholders to assess impacts, dependencies, and readiness.
• Provide clear analysis, impact assessments, and reporting to support decision-making.
• Track change activity, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. contributing to improving change frameworks and ways of working.
• supports capability uplift through mentoring and guidance of team members.
Our office is located at Macquarie Park, with Hybrid working arrangements. The team office days are Mondays and Thursdays and the team also comes together in person for activities such as branch all-in days, training sessions, planning workshops and collaborative delivery activities. This role operates within the team’s established delivery rhythm and contributes to collaborative outcomes across the Enterprise.
