Back to jobsSupport corporate governance functions, including preparing draft corporate resolutions and ensuring their correct upload into the company’s internal systems, entity management and corporate record-keeping.
Draft, review, and manage standard form legal contracts, amendments, schedules, correspondence, and corporate documents.
Assist with the negotiation and revision of agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and legal counsel.
Maintain and update legal templates, contract repositories, and other document management systems.
Keep track of administrative or judicial requirements made by relevant administration authorities, prepare the corresponding reports and ensure timely responses.
Work closely with internal teams (compliance, finance, risk, operations, and human resources) to provide legal support.
Work with outside counsel and agents as needed.
Other general administrative support, as needed.
