Job Description
The golf superintendent is responsible to develop and execute a sound management program ensuring the Course retains and improves it’s #13 in Canada ranking. To lead the Resort Grounds Team and execute a world-class landscaping program to enhance our positioning. To develop a strong talent pipeline. To support the Chief Engineer during the Golf off-season. To maximize business performance of the unit. Support the integration of Resort & Golf Operations, ensuring our mission to be Canada’s favourite Golf Resort is clearly articulated and worked towards.
