Develops, implements, monitors and maintains programs, systems, policies and procedures required to ensure regulatory compliance and the overall safety and health of employees and the community.
Creates safety standards, procedures and guidance that meet regulatory compliance and represent best practices.
Recognizes, evaluates, recommends and implements PG&E Safety policies and procedures to assure awareness of and compliance with Safety requirements.
Delivers presentations to senior leadership as well as communicating program philosophy, information, and operational policies and procedures.
Ensures that quality control procedures are established to monitor all aspects of regulatory compliance.
Develops and provides Safety training to Company employees, as needed.
Develops and implements programs including leading coordination and facilitation of program review sessions with leaders and/or functional groups to review costs, schedule and program effectiveness.
Promotes programs to enhance and encourage employee awareness of safety, accident/incidents and regulatory compliance
