Role Profile
Eastman is looking for an energetic seasoned Outside Sales Representative to join an exciting and rapidly growing team responsible for day-day and long-term territory management. This includes prospecting and cultivating relationships within the dealerships to bring in new customers into the entire sales development and customer management life cycle.
Location: Home office based in Denver, CO or Salt Lake City, Utah
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory management plans to achieve growth targets
- Proactively identify and convert new dealership prospects into long-term strategic partners
- Make follow-up calls to existing customers - cross-sell and up-sell additional products
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Conduct follow-up calls with existing customers to cross-sell and up-sell additional products
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Service existing accounts, including order follow-ups, complaint resolution, credit concerns, and sample requests
- Provide Voice of Customer feedback on product quality, performance, and service issues
- Communicate full product and service offerings, including features, benefits, pricing, and credit terms to dealership decision-makers
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and assist with sales analysis
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close business deals
- Utilize CRM tools (SFDC) for opportunity management and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support dealership programs
- Recommend and implement marketing strategies within dealerships to strengthen brand presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience (10+ years preferred)
- BS/BA in a business-related discipline preferred
- Proven success in outside sales roles
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Automotive industry experience highly desirable
- Familiarity with new-vehicle dealership operations is a strong asset

- Responsible for F2F visits throughout the territory, 50%+ travel.

- Automotive affinity and hands-on mentality are highly valued.
