Court Operations Leadworker II, Hennepin County, Criminal Downtown Division

Hennepin County District Court is seeking to fill a Court Clerk Leadworker II position in the Criminal Division. The Leadworker serves as a division leader and positive role model by utilizing specialized clerical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of division practices to contribute to the District's mission, vision, and values. This position requires excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently and delegate responsibilities when appropriate. This position provides excellent customer service, staff training, and operational support responsibilities. The Leadworker performs highly advanced case processing in a timely manner and excels at managing competing responsibilities in a high-performance environment.
