REQUIREMENTS:
Requires minimum 6 years of Health & Welfare experience
Strong problem solving skills, analytical and communication knowledge
Strong Health & Welfare Domain knowledge is mandatory
Strong knowledge of RKS/BA7 platform is preferred
Strong knowledge in MS Office, SQL
Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents
Good Knowledge of Testing Procedures
Strong team player
Should be able to Coach & mentor team members
Good project management skills
Manage stakeholder communication (internal/external)
Lead client projects independently & should be able to handle multiple clients
Understanding of overall OTS methodology
Good people management skill
JOB DESCRIPTION DETAIL:
Process/Project Management
Initiate/Kick Off Project
Create project plan with relevant details such as (WBS, Effort Estimations)
Task Allocation & Track deliveries for against SLA
Risk Management and Mitigation
Create & Maintain project management routines
Initiate/Lead & Conceptualize to implement ideas of process automation
Follow the standard practices and procedures specific to your Tower
Create & Maintain necessary project documents
People Management
Helps drive associate engagement & related associated issues
Initiate & Identify user technical/ functional training needs and devise and managing user training programs
Track performance of project team members and takes appropriate action
Communications
Responsible for project/client communication
Client level ownership
Manage internal stakeholder communication
Manage Offshore/Onshore Interaction and Stakeholder Communication
Escalation Management
Client Delivery
Interprets very complex business needs and translates them into system requirements
Strong understanding of Health & Welfare Domain and is required to comprehend Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Review/Maintain BRD for system gaps & domain compliance
Interprets requirements to create/update systems specifications
Leverages previous knowledge and expertise to achieve results with teams and can complete work self-guided.
Uses best practices and understanding of business issues to improve products and services.
Able to lead multiple HW clients and resources successfully
Able to manage competing priorities
Able to lead client calls and put the technical view for smooth functioning of client
Create & Review Test Plan & Test Execution results
Final sign-offs on delivery
