REQUIREMENTS:

• Typically requires minimum 9+ years of experience

• Either Engineering or technical graduates

• Strong analytical and communication knowledge

• Strong Domain/Service Discipline knowledge – Defined Benefits

• Knowledge of RKS/BA7 platform is preferable

• Exhibit wide-spread experience on all Defined Benefit modules 

• Strong knowledge in MS Office, Mainframe, SQL 

• Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents

• Good Knowledge of Testing Procedures

• Should be able to Coach & mentor team members

• Strong project & people management skills

• Self-motivated, team player, action and result oriented.

• Manage stakeholder communication (internal/external)

• Experience to Lead client projects independently & handle multiple clients

• Understanding of overall HROS Implementation/Ongoing methodology

• Produces detailed component specifications and translates these into detailed designs for implementation using selected products.

• Facilitates cross-functional communication and recognizes the need to engage stakeholders and SMEs in a project.

• Liaison between non-technical client teams, design teams, and testing teams to ensure quality deliverables.
