REQUIREMENTS:
Typically requires minimum 9+ years of experience
Either Engineering or technical graduates
Strong analytical and communication knowledge
Strong Domain/Service Discipline knowledge – Defined Benefits
Knowledge of RKS/BA7 platform is preferable
Exhibit wide-spread experience on all Defined Benefit modules
Strong knowledge in MS Office, Mainframe, SQL
Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents
Good Knowledge of Testing Procedures
Should be able to Coach & mentor team members
Strong project & people management skills
Self-motivated, team player, action and result oriented.
Manage stakeholder communication (internal/external)
Experience to Lead client projects independently & handle multiple clients
Understanding of overall HROS Implementation/Ongoing methodology

- Initiate/Lead & Conceptualize to implement ideas of process automation
- Follow the standard practices and procedures specific to your Tower
- Initiate & Drive identified user technical/ functional training programs
- Understands and applies concepts in the field of expertise.
- Translates strategy and priorities into work product.
- Manages performance appraisals and pay reviews.
Manages hiring and termination actions.

Serves as liaison between end-users and product development teams.

Works closely with end-users to examine, define, model, and document project requirements.
Leverages domain knowledge and system understanding to define a go-to approach for system construction.
Produces detailed component specifications and translates these into detailed designs for implementation using selected products.
Facilitates cross-functional communication and recognizes the need to engage stakeholders and SMEs in a project.
- Liaison between non-technical client teams, design teams, and testing teams to ensure quality deliverables.
