Technical Business Analysis Engineer III

Key Responsibilities

• Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and resolve system/process issues.
• Support implementation, change requests, and production defect resolution
• Work closely with operations and stakeholders to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Design and execute system configurations, data updates, and queries within RKS
• Contribute to training development and knowledge sharing across teams
• Track and ensure closure of audit findings and action items
• Ensure system integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation of system configurations
• Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of RKS platform (WEB/AIS/Calc/Forms)
• Experience in system configuration, testing, and debugging
• Good knowledge of Cross Benefit domain
• Advanced SQL knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
