Your responsibilities
-Lead the strategic development and full brand management of Infant Nutrition brands (routine formulas, digestive solutions, moderate and severe allergy formulas, and the metabolic portfolio).
-Develop and implement local marketing plans aligned with global and/or regional strategy, maximizing short‑ and long‑term sales and profitability.
-Prepare and present the Annual Brand Plan, including identification of key challenges, growth strategies, incremental sales projections, and management of the marketing budget.
-Manage the sampling plan, as well as the development of scientific and promotional materials targeting healthcare professionals.
-Lead innovation, renovation, and product development projects in coordination with global and/or regional teams, acting as Marketing Project Manager.
-Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply, Media, and Market Intelligence to identify commercial opportunities, define pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies, and execute the Trade Marketing plan.
-Conduct regular field visits (hospitals and pharmacies) to gather market insights and support strategic decision‑making.
-Manage the P&L of the assigned brands, including monthly tracking of marketing investment and control of financial impact.
