DuPont currently has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to support the VP/GM of Printing & Films and is based at the Experimental Station in Wilmington, Delaware.
Printing & Films is a market leader with four leading businesses including Cyrel® Flexographic Solutions, Artistri® Digital Solutions, PPC, and Tedlar® films. Our products serve a key role in packaging, aviation, textiles, and industrial applications. The successful administrative assistant candidate must be an efficient time manager, capable of working with minimal supervision, who possesses strong analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills. In this role, the incumbent will utilize critical thinking, troubleshoot problems, and resolve or direct problems to the appropriate individual. You will deliver high quality work products while simultaneously balancing multiple projects.
Key Administrative Accountabilities:
Performing sourcing and payment duties including the use of SAP, SRM, and corporate credit card payments for various Printing & Films businesses and functions
Maintain our contractors through use of Agile1 and other systems for time-card approval, contract maintenance, and MyAccess review/renewals
Support corporate security efforts including badging via Cloud Gate and building-specific protocols
Order/ship needed supplies (e.g. office materials) via carriers like FedEx and vendors like Amazon
Facilitate VIP logistics including conference room reservations, food orders, and dining reservations.
General admin duties including travel scheduling, contract signatures (DocuSign), expense report creation and approval, distribution list management (MyAd), support of the Cyrel® van (e.g. EZ Pass), interview scheduling, and assistance to Printing & Films employees
Minimum Requirements
Associates/bachelor’s degree preferred - Business, Finance, HR, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of Administrative and/or Project Management experience in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office 365, HR systems, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, Excel etc.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with virtual global teams
Professional and customer service-oriented demeanor
Demonstrated initiative and outstanding time management
Good problem-solving/analytical skills and planning/organizing skills required
Familiarity with expense management systems (i.e., Concur, S2P system)
Confidentiality a must
Experience in organizing intranet sites and supporting content development a plus
