Job Summary:
The primary role of the Service Representative is to support the day-to-day service and administrative needs of clients within our Health Insurance Fund (Fund) division. This entry-level position assists the account management team in delivering high-quality service, helping with client communications, data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks. The Account Representative works closely with senior team members to learn how to manage client relationships and contribute to the overall success of the Acrisure NJ Platform accounts by supporting the delivery of our products, services, and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Client & Participant Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for employer groups, brokers, and participants regarding HRA, HSA, and FSA benefits.
Provide timely and professional customer service via phone and email.
Educate clients on benefit plan rules, IRS regulations, and eligibility requirements.
Assist participants with claims, reimbursements, and account transactions.
Account Management & Processing
Process enrollments, contributions, and reimbursement claims in compliance with plan guidelines.
Assist employers in setting up and managing their benefit accounts.
Ensure accuracy of account balances, transactions, and reporting.
Troubleshoot issues related to debit card transactions, account funding, and claims processing.
Compliance & Documentation
Stay up to date on IRS regulations and industry best practices related to pre-tax benefit accounts.
Ensure all transactions and account activities comply with HIPAA, ERISA, and IRS guidelines.
Maintain accurate and confidential client and participant records.
Internal Collaboration & Process Improvement
Work closely with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve service delivery.
Assist in onboarding new clients and training employers on using our platform.
Identify and suggest efficiency improvements in account servicing processes.
Education and Experience:
1+ years in call center, benefits administration, TPA, healthcare, or financial services role highly preferred.
Active Health and Life Insurance License or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire date.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, premiums, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions and deal with a variety of variables furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Applied Systems / EPIC experience a plus.

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
