Job Summary

Acrisure is seeking a Regional Vice President to provide senior leadership across a defined region. This role is responsible for driving organic growth, building and developing high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of the Built by Acrisure experience for clients across all market segments.

The Vice President of Employee Benefits leads a portfolio of Player/Coach-led teams, aligning Client Advisors, to deliver scalable, differentiated employee benefits strategies. Success in this role requires disciplined sales execution, strong people leadership, and the ability to effectively leverage Acrisure’s full platform of resources and exclusive solutions to improve client outcomes and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple Player/Coach-led teams operating within the ~10:1 Client Advisor model, ensuring alignment with Acrisure’s growth objectives.
  • Establish clear accountability for revenue growth, client retention, and cross-sell performance across all teams.
  • Drive regional organic growth through disciplined new business production, pipeline management, and sales execution.
  • Ensure effective execution of placement strategies within Acrisure facilities and promote strong cross-line collaboration across Payroll, Property & Casualty, Cyber, and other Acrisure solutions.
  • Support teams in professional development, expanding client relationships, and increasing revenue.
  • Oversee consistent delivery of Acrisure’s tiered client experience model, across the four client segmentations.
  • Maintain focus on client outcomes, cost management strategies, and experience optimization.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for select key and strategic client relationships.
  • Drive industry and line-of-business specialization across teams, building depth through the development of subject matter experts.
  • Support structured career pathing, including advisor progression from down-market to up-market segments, book perpetuation, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional development, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Partner closely with Acrisure Specialty Solutions, including the Acrisure Benefit Center, to ensure teams are fully leveraging clinical, compliance, HR consulting, placement, and proprietary platform capabilities.
  • Operate within Acrisure’s operating system framework, executing against defined priorities, scorecards, and objectives.
  • Align closely with the Head of Employee Benefits (Visionary) and Chief of Staff (Integrator) to drive consistency and performance across teams and regions.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Employee Benefits brokerage, consulting, or leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership, organic growth, team development, and senior-level client relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of employee benefits market dynamics, funding strategies, and the regulatory and compliance landscape.
  • Experience leading multi-team or regional organizations preferred.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and operational leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while modeling accountability and collaboration.

Travel
