This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Are you a visionary networking leader ready to shape the future of enterprise infrastructure? We are seeking a Sr Director of Global Networking, where you will own the global network strategy, driving innovative zero-trust security, data center, and campus networks that power HPE’s worldwide operations. You'll collaborate closely with cutting-edge R&D teams, influence product development, and lead a high-performing team to build a resilient, secure, and scalable network foundation. The position will be an onsite role at an HPE hub location.

What’s Exciting About This Role:

  • Be at the forefront of revolutionizing enterprise networks, including data centers, campus, and WAN environments.

  • Drive innovative zero-trust architectures and security strategies that protect critical business data worldwide.

  • Partner directly with HPE Networking’s R&D teams to pilot, test, and influence cutting-edge solutions like HPE Juniper and Aruba.

  • Lead a dynamic, high-impact team in a role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on implementation—your work will be felt across the globe.

  • Bring 3 different teams into one cohesive organization of roughly 50.

  • Opportunities to innovate with automation, telemetry, and AI-driven network management.

Experience and Skills:

  • 10+ years of leadership in large-scale network infrastructure, with deep expertise in data center fabric, spine-leaf architectures, and campus networking.

  • Proven experience in network security, zero-trust models, micro-segmentation, and secure remote access.

  • Strong background in automation, infrastructure as code, and observability tools.

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps for complex, multi-region networks.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
