Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Specialist, Global Brand Marketing – Live Services to join our team in Santa Monica, CA. This role offers a unique opportunity to support and help drive global marketing efforts for one of the world’s most recognizable entertainment franchises, Call of Duty.
As a key member of the Global Brand Marketing team, you will support the execution of live-service marketing campaigns across seasonal launches, in-game events, collaborations, content updates, and player engagement initiatives. You will help manage go-to-market campaign asset workflows, coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts, and support high-impact assets and campaigns that connect with players around the world.
This position requires a collaborative, solutions-oriented individual with strong project management skills, a passion for gaming, and an understanding of live-service marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to take ownership, and is excited to contribute to the ongoing success of Call of Duty’s live-service ecosystem.
This role is based in our Santa Monica, CA office and follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of live-service marketing plans, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials across Product, Studio, Social, CRM, PR/Influencer, and platform channels.
Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal content marketing beats, including partnering with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives.
Coordinate go-to-market campaign workflows and creative development processes, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefs, tracking feedback, managing approvals, and maintaining campaign timelines.
Manage seasonal go-to-market calendars, asset trackers, and project management workflows to support alignment across stakeholders and teams.
Support the creation and sourcing of marketing assets, including coordinating in-game capture requests, approvals, legal reviews, and final asset delivery.
Assist with project management responsibilities including tracking deadlines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Help organize and track marketing asset performance, player sentiment, and campaign insights to identify opportunities for optimization and future learnings.
Contribute to campaign reporting, recaps, and retrospective processes to help inform future live-service marketing strategies.
Help ensure consistency across all player-facing marketing touchpoints and maintain alignment with Call of Duty brand standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
2–4+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, campaign management or related marketing functions. Gaming, entertainment, sports or live services experience preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with social, digital, and player engagement channels
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and cross-functional teams.
A proactive, team-player mindset with the ability to take initiative and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Passion for gaming and understanding of player communities
Player Profile – Extra Points
Experience working on live-service or seasonal content campaigns
Familiarity with Call of Duty or other AAA live-service titles
Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Jira, Shotgrid, Wrike, etc.
Familiarity with campaign analytics, reporting, or performance optimization

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $55,800.00 - $103,230.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
