To support this development, we are looking for a Junior Specialist, Sales Operations to join our Sales Operations Department and help manage orders and requests from our global distributor network.
Your Profile:
Fluent in English (written and spoken) — essential
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
Quick learner who adapts easily to changing priorities, processes, and tools Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in Sales Operations or order processing is an advantage — but not required. We’re happy to teach you everything you need to know if you bring the right mindset!
Your Responsibilities:
Creating and processing sales and purchase orders
Managing and updating software subscriptions
Handling communication with customers and distributors (mostly via email)
Monitoring customer accounts and managing internal case handling
Coordinating across departments to resolve order-related issues
Supporting the sales team with reporting and data
