Strong engineering and process conformance knowledge and experience including SWI (standard work), Testing and audit processes, and Engineering change management and support cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate throughout the company at any given level.
The individual must also have the ability to lead projects involving several departments to implement solutions to these issues. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring completion.
Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges and test rigs. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and inspection instructions.
Knowledge of ISO requirements.
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
Proficiency in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly.
Ability to learn and navigate different PLM and ERP systems.
Establish Routings for new products.
Experience with Solid Works and Creo.
Requires planning and organizational skills in complex technical functions.
Appropriate written and clear verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
