Deep technical knowledge across servers, storage, virtualization, networking, voice, end user computing, and data center operations
Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
Experience modernizing legacy voice/PBX and infrastructure platforms
Experience evaluating build vs. colocation vs. cloud strategies
Strong financial acumen related to infrastructure cost modeling and optimization
Experience leading teams through cultural and technical transformation
Ability to balance risk management with innovation and business agility
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to executive audiences
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in complex, multi-initiative environments
