Key Distribution Manager (Belo Horizonte)

Role Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing Belo Horizonte area of Brazil, all channels: distributors, regional supermarket chains and on trade;
• Manage relationships with key partners and develop a Joint Business Plan;
• Strategize and implement distribution plans, monitor healthy inventory levels and design sales incentives/actions to delivery results;
• Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and work towards enhancing overall distribution efficiency in the region;
• Ensure pricing and portfolio strategies are being followed and correctly executed;
• Develop plans to improve brand's presence with a brilliant execution;
• Manage investments in order to grow the business in a profitable way;
• Achieve main targets: Net Sales (Sell In), Sell out, distribution/coverage, customer´s inventory (DOH), Forecast Accuracy.
