We have an exciting opportunity for a new Principal Manager to join our team, based in Mulgrave. As a distribution partner, the relationship with our principals is the key to our success. About the role Reporting to the Market Manager- Coatings the, our new Principal Manager will enhance the strategic communication between the principals and IMCD’s account management and operational teams. Responsibilities include: Set targets, strategies, and action plans with key Principals to achieve objectives Develop and enhance strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders Support supply chain optimisation to increase local operations Identify key market segments where realignment of our model will provide improved outcomes Support local sales teams to deliver business growth, foster cross-selling and monitor opportunities Provide accurate forecasting and demand plan. About you Qualification - Tertiary Qualification in a relevant field, or extensive experience in the industry. Experience- Prior experience in a similar role is essential, with medium to high proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to ERP systems. Familiarity with JD Edwards would put you a step above the rest, but not required. Well-developed communication skills – you will be communicating and building relationships across all levels within and outside IMCD A can-do attitude – our values are central to all that we do.
