PROCESS ENGINEER

Design, develop, and optimize all aspects of the manufacturing processes including safety, quality control, and efficiency. Prepare process diagrams, operation manuals and provide training to staff as required. Analyze current practices and manufacturing data to identify areas of improvement and recommend cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing team members to implement new product development processes or design changes. Perform process simulations and risk analyses as needed, to drive process improvements and cost savings. Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Manage and coordinate with external suppliers and technology providers to meet project goals and timelines. Keep up to date with the latest technology trends or emerging methods in process engineering. Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all time. Perform process validation and testing to ensure consistencies in processes and product outcomes.
