Ensuring inbound volumes are processed in line with plans, throughput targets and service expectations
Acting as the first point of escalation for shift‑level operational, safety or quality issues
Championing a strong safety‑first culture and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards, SSOW and client standard work
Leading, coaching and engaging Team Leaders and inbound associates to deliver safety, quality and productivity targets
Managing labour deployment, agency usage and dock plans within agreed parameters
Monitoring real‑time performance, adjusting resources to maintain flow and minimise disruption
Leading clear shift handovers and ensuring accurate reporting and escalation of risks
Driving right‑first‑time execution, operational discipline and continuous improvement on shift
Support the Inbound Operations Manager with any additional tasks as and when required
