About the Role: The Lead of CCA Compliance and Operations Systems plays a pivotal role in ensuring the regulatory integrity and operational excellence of the school’s Athletics and Activities Office. This position requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage complex systems, compliance frameworks, and high-level logistics. The role serves as the strategic link between the Athletics/CCA Office, Communications, and external partners, ensuring that the department operates as a "best-in-class" model for Athletics, Events, and Activities in Asia. Position Requirements: · Qualifications or experience in Business Administration, Sports Management, or Systems Management. · Experience: 3–5 years in a senior administrative or systems-heavy role, preferably within an international school environment. · Understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion concepts. · Strong organizational and communication skills. · Finance background. · Willingness to develop, collaborate, and show initiative. · Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced, evolving environment. · High proficiency in Google Workspace and database management; a "systems-thinking" mindset; and the ability to manage complex compliance requirements under pressure. · Demonstrates the Stamford Values – Integrity, Courage, Ingenuity and Compassion.
