Director Strategy & Projects

The Director of Strategy & Projects orchestrates the delivery of strategy and execution plans across assigned business units, ensuring portfolios of initiatives are aligned to strategic priorities and delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable value. It drives cross‑functional alignment, sets and enforces delivery standards, and establishes best‑practice systems, processes, and ways of working to improve operational effectiveness. Partnering closely with senior leadership, the role translates strategy into execution and provides oversight of key programs to ensure performance, value realization, and return on investment.
