On site service technician - II

Under limited supervision, this role is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and carrying out moderately complex repairs on engines and related systems at customer sites.

The position focuses on delivering high-quality service while developing technical expertise in engine systems, aftertreatment systems (ATS), and controls. The individual works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
