Current report usage and identify "must-have" vs. "nice-to-have" features
Extract and document fragmented business rules, calculation logic, and KPIs from legacy systems for the Tech Lead to codify.
Identify missing data elements and transformation gaps from a functional perspective, assessing how they impact business decision-making.
Collaborate with business users to define reporting hierarchies and attribute mappings that reflect current organizational needs.
Design UAT ensuring that the reconstructed foundation and new dashboards meet business accuracy standards.
Assist the Tech Lead and onshore stakeholders in ranking deliverables based on business urgency and ROI.
Create documentation and training materials to help users transition from the Tableau interface to the new Power BI environment.
