Job Description
As a Sr Tech Supp Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in providing advanced technical support and solutions to ensure the optimal performance of our products and systems. You will leverage your expertise to troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will report directly to our and you’ll work out of our Seoul, South Korea location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the effectiveness and reliability of Honeywell's building automation technologies by delivering expert technical support and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
