Benefits Analyst (Temporary Contract)

As a Benefits Analyst, you will oversee the administration of Honeywell's US Health & Insurance programs for active employees, applicable benefits for retirees, and executives. Your role will focus on optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee experiences, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with U.S. and Puerto Rico regulations. Also, you will support Benefits Integrations for Acquisitions and Benefits Separations for Divestitures, SPINs and Joint Ventures. You will report directly to our Benefits Director and you will work out of our San Luis Potosi, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
