Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for supporting the Content Moderation operations team by providing strategic and day-to-day HR support aligned with business objectives. This role partners closely with Operations leaders and employees to drive employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives. The HRBP will work on a mid-shift schedule to support operational requirements and ensure timely HR assistance for the assigned business unit.
