Job Description

As we continue to expand our presence, we are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Marketing Executive to help bring the XPENG brand to life across every customer touchpoint. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital innovation, brand storytelling, data-driven marketing, and creating impactful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate integrated marketing activities across digital campaigns, social media, PR, influencer partnerships, events, and showroom activations to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage agency and stakeholder relationships by collaborating with creative, digital, PR, and production partners to deliver projects on time and in line with brand objectives.
- Support marketing planning and performance reporting by maintaining marketing plans, analysing campaign results, tracking budgets, and providing data-driven insights.
- Drive content, social media, and brand initiatives by supporting content creation, reviewing creative assets, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Lead Point of Sale Marketing (POSM) implementation across showroom locations, ensuring compliance with OEM standards and alignment with product launches and campaigns.
- Provide operational and administrative support by leveraging AI tools, coordinating communications, and contributing to ad-hoc projects and business priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, with 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role (agency or client side).
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign reporting, social media management, content coordination, influencer marketing, and managing external agencies or vendors.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi; experience in automotive, technology, EV, or luxury consumer brands is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred), Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and AI productivity (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar) tools.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
