Join Ali & Sons as a Jewellery Polisher, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality, appearance, and finish of fine jewellery pieces while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Polish, buff, and finish gold, silver, platinum, and other jewellery pieces to achieve a flawless appearance.
• Remove scratches, marks, and imperfections from jewellery items using appropriate polishing techniques and tools.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Handle delicate and high-value jewellery with care and precision.
• Maintain polishing equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Work closely with jewellers, setters, and quality control teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with other workshop duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Role Purpose:
To ensure all jewellery products are polished and finished to the highest quality standards, enhancing their appearance and value while supporting efficient production operations.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience: Previous experience as a Jewellery Polisher or in jewellery manufacturing and finishing.
• Education: High School Certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of polishing techniques, finishing processes, and jewellery handling procedures.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify imperfections and deliver exceptional finishing quality.
• Languages: Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Personal Qualities: Reliable, meticulous, and committed to quality craftsmanship.
