Mental Health Capacity Builder Coach

This posting is for 1 summer hourly full-time position up to 3 months and is funded in part by the Government of Canada through the Canada Summer Jobs program. The Mental Health Capacity Builder (MHCB) supports children, youth, families, and community partners to promote positive mental health and strengthen social-emotional skills through awareness, education, and skill-building. Working collaboratively with schools, the MHCB facilitates evidence-based programs that enhance mental health literacy and student resilience and provides resources for parents/caregivers to reinforce learning at home. As part of the Children and Family Well-being team, this role contributes to Recovery Alberta’s province-wide, community-based initiative focused on improving mental well-being across communities in Alberta.
