Your Impact
We are seeking a Specialist, Facilities Management & Hub Experience to shape and elevate the workplace environment. This role is responsible for driving a high-quality, consistent employee experience through effective facilities management, workplace services, and engagement initiatives aligned with company values.
As part of our Team, you will
Lead daily workplace operations, ensuring all spaces are fully functional, well-maintained, and ready for use
Define and uphold workplace experience standards across facilities and services
Oversee facilities and workplace services to align with operational and employee experience goals
Coordinate and lead the Social Committee, driving employee engagement initiatives
Plan and execute workplace events, programs, and cultural initiativesMonitor employee feedback and workplace effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed
Ensure governance of vendor performance, service quality, and compliance with safety standardsIdentify and escalate risks or opportunities to enhance workplace experience
Promote and maintain health, safety, and security standards within the hubSupport onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee journey
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, leadership, Executive Assistants, etc.) to standardize processes and align with business priorities
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
  • Solid experience in facilities management and workplace operations
  • Knowledge of vendor and contractor management
  • Understanding of budgeting and lease management
  • Strong capabilities in event planning and employee experience design
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and improve processes
  • Ability to work within established systems while identifying improvement opportunities
  • Data-driven decision-making and pattern recognition
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across teams
  • High level of self-awareness and adaptability
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

The salary range offered for this role is USD $. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
