Job Summary
The Final Inspector may work throughout all lines of production but primarily at the end of the Cut and Sew line to inspect fabrics prior to moving to the Upholstery line.
Essential Job Duties
1. Inspects upholstery fabrics to ensure conformance with manufacturing standards.
2. Verifies upholstery material i.e. fabric, leather using production ticket specifications and systemic verification procedure.
3. Inspects upholstery for rips in fabric or seams.
4. Marks defects properly for repair verification upon reject.
5. Checks off inspection points on each production ticket.
6. Records rejects on daily Inspection forms.
7. Make minor adjustments or sends back to Cut and Sew floor to ensure highest quality before fabric moving to next line in production.
8. Other duties as assigned.

• Maintains accuracy in fabrics moving from Cut and Sew floor
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Three or more years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to perform general tasks such as gathering and organizing information, data entry, and file maintenance.
• Ability to multi-task and manage many responsibilities and projects at one time.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact individually with users and work cross-functionally throughout the organization.
