Proven experience as an engineer or process engineer in a relevant production environment
Strong knowledge of process engineering within IC substrates, assembly, IC packaging or related semiconductor industries
Proven experience with Six Sigma tools (SPC, DOE, FMEA, MSA, 8D, 5‑Why, CP) and data‑driven decision making
Proficiency with MS Office, JMP, Minitab, SAP and process control systems
Fluent English skills; German knowledge is an advantage
High stress resilience, attention to detail and willingness to work in cleanroom environments and overtime
Open‑minded personality with strong teamwork skills and experience in intercultural collaborations
