Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Minimum +7 years of relevant years of experience in Employee Relations, HR experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
- Deep understanding of the external automobile market and current trends
- Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals
- Bachelor’s degree required, Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major preferred

- Ability to set up a collection plan and procedure for necessary data and information, collect data and information using various methods and tools, and process it according to the intention
Presentation skills
- Presentation skills, lecture skills, speech techniques, use of PowerPoint
Media Utilization Capabilities
- Media utilization skills, editor skills, meticulousness
- Ability to use various media to provide necessary information in the most suitable form, or to process information materials according to the characteristics of the media to be used
Curriculum development competency
- Ability to plan and establish learning goals, learning content, learning methods and types, and learning evaluation
Travel Requirement
Domestic / International travel required.
