Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead & Influence
- Own and lead vehicle-related budget coordination for California teams (projects, fixed assets, product development)
- Partner closely with our Michigan team to co-manage systems, drive alignment, and promote best practices
- Facilitate cross-regional collaboration between California, Michigan, and Korea-based teams
Analyze & Optimize
- Review budgets, analyze spending trends, and identify gaps in execution
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve budget performance
- Conduct monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and ROI assessments
Guide & Enable
- Prepare and present budgets for leadership approval
- Train teams on budget processes, tools, and compliance requirements
- Lead monthly spending performance meetings with California teams
Build & Improve
- Maintain and enhance the internal budget database (incl. Microsoft 365, SharePoint)
- Support continuous improvement of reporting standards and financial systems
- Assist with HQ Finance requests and budget recovery efforts
