Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates product delivery to growers at a T&H operation to maximize resources of staff and to meet customer needs by scheduling and dispatching delivery staff in a manner which economically utilizes physical and human resources. May personally deliver product to customers.
- Provides service to walk-in customers. Receives telephone orders from customers and Sales Representatives. Prepares product mix instruction sheets, Material Safety Data Sheets, and work orders.
- Makes product purchase recommendations to Supervisor/Market Manager to ensure adequate inventory to meet sales and delivery needs. Ensures appropriate receipt and recordkeeping of unit inventory. Performs physical inventory counts.
- Performs miscellaneous duties such as filing and other clerical tasks, calculating product amounts, calibrating equipment, loading trucks, general equipment and plant maintenance, product storage activities, bending and warehouse work, etc.
