Back to jobsUniversity degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in global IT infrastructure management, including exposure to technologies such as Azure, VMware, Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki or HP equipment. Experience with BrightStor ArcServe will be considered an asset.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, IT security frameworks (e.g. COBIT, CIS, NIST, ISO/IEC 27000), scripting and automation.
Familiarity with IT service management and project methodologies such as ITIL, Agile or PRINCE2.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Basic French will be considered an asset.
Strong competencies in analytical thinking, planning and organization, service orientation, teamwork and adaptability.
