Job Description

  • Degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, Mental Health, Social Work or a related field is required. Specialization in Child & Adolescent Mental Health or MHPSS is required.
  • Proven experience in mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) in humanitarian or emergency contexts, ideally with children and adolescents. Experience with Médecins Sans Frontières or similar humanitarian medical organizations is compulsory.
  • Experience developing and/or delivering training programs for adult learners, using participatory and competency-based learning approaches.
  • Strong understanding of humanitarian operational contexts, cross-cultural implementation challenges and adult learning methodologies.
  • Familiarity with MSF MHPSS approaches, ethical frameworks and field-based learning methodologies will be considered a strong asset.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory. French and/or Spanish will be considered an asset.
