Develop, review and deliver SSOW training and undertake direct training of colleagues
Proactively undertake training analysis seeking improvements in process and methods of operating
Design and develop appropriate training and supporting materials and measuring their continued effectiveness and whether they are fit for purpose
Ensure all working procedures maintain legal compliance and are clearly defined and cascaded, with regular reviews to ensure effectiveness
Ensure all resources are available for training to take place and give feedback on any identified problems in the training content and/ or process
Review and adjust training methods as appropriate and effectively communicate to all stakeholders surrounding training requirements
