We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Intern to support the Human Resources team by reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of our internal Point Memos—the guiding documents that communicate disciplinary expectations and policy clarifications across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Review existing Point Memos to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current HR policies and practices

Cross-check memos against relevant procedures, templates, and any applicable labor laws or internal standards

Flag outdated or inconsistent memos for revision and track status updates

Work closely with HR Business Partners and other internal stakeholders to validate and revise content as needed

Assist with the organization and digital filing of memos in a centralized and accessible system

Help develop a streamlined process for memo updates and version control
