The Digital Experience team is Körber’s internal Digital Marketing Center of Excellence, supporting Körber’s Business Areas with website management, SEO, social media, content, design, growth & brand activation, and Data & AI.
We are looking for a Presentation Designer who turns draft PowerPoint input into clear, on brand and visually compelling presentations. You receive slides and content from stakeholders and transform them into decks that are consistent with Körber’s brand and suitable for senior audiences. You also help update large slide libraries (e.g. after acquisitions or brand changes) and maintain templates and visual standards.
You will work closely with the Design Squad Lead, the Digital Experience team and stakeholders across Körber, operating as part of a global presentation design hub.
Key responsibilities

Transform draft presentations into polished, brand compliant decks in PowerPoint.

Apply Körber’s visual identity (fonts, colors, layouts, imagery) consistently.

Develop and maintain master templates, slide layouts and reusable slide libraries.

Turn raw input (bullets, rough slides, charts) into visually structured, easy to understand slides.

Create or refine charts and simple infographics from data and sketches.

Support large scale deck updates (rebranding, acquisitions, portfolio and org changes).

Manage incoming requests via defined channels/tools, clarify scope and timelines.

Ensure files and templates are properly stored, versioned and easy to find.

Maintain a high standard of visual quality and suggest improvements to templates and workflows.

Proactively leverage AI‑based tools (e.g. PowerPoint design features, Copilot or similar) to speed up production, improve quality and support scalable presentation work.
Required skills and qualifications

3+ years’ experience in presentation design, graphic design or visual communication (in house hub, agency or consulting environment is a plus).
