Our client is a global, employee-owned talent solutions and IT staffing organization that connects technical and healthcare professionals with enterprise teams. Operating across the U.S., India, and the Philippines, they combine human insight with advanced HR technology. To support their growing client base, they are expanding their talent acquisition team to drive delivery across a wide variety of high-growth technology engagements.


Job Summary

The Talent Partner is responsible for managing the full-lifecycle recruitment process for IT and technology professionals across a variety of client engagements. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with market realities and client priorities. This position requires an agency-experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at candidate relationship management, and wants to leverage modern recruiting platforms and AI-driven tools to optimize placement outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy & Alignment: Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to assess job requirements, compensation models, and talent availability to design feasible sourcing strategies.

  • Full-Lifecycle Execution: Source, screen, interview, and place specialized technology professionals, evaluating both technical capability and client alignment.

  • Pipeline & Relationship Management: Proactively build and maintain pipelines of IT talent while managing ongoing relationships with consultants throughout their active assignments.

  • Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate compensation package details, hourly rates, and engagement terms aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain precise tracking and metrics reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring full compliance with internal workflows and employment regulations.

  • Prioritization & Delivery: Analyze pipeline strength and prioritize requisitions based on urgency, business impact, and delivery expectations.

 

Qualifications and Job Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated IT recruitment experience within a staffing agency, consulting firm, or fast-paced recruitment agency environment.

  • Process Mastery: Proven experience managing full-lifecycle recruiting processes for technology talent.

  • Delivery: Experience supporting client-facing recruiting initiatives and managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.

  • Tools: Practical proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.

  • Core Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Technical Niches: Experience sourcing specifically for software engineering, cloud architecture, or data-focused roles.

  • Environment Exposure: Background working within MSP/VMS (Managed Service Provider / Vendor Management System) frameworks.

  • Advanced Tech: Familiarity with modern AI-enabled recruiting or automated sourcing tools.

  • Contract Staffing: Direct experience supporting contract or temporary staffing placements.

  • Global Collaboration: Experience working alongside distributed or international recruiting teams.workflows.
