We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who operates well beyond order-fulfillment. You’ll sit at the intersection of people strategy and hands-on execution — advising hiring managers, building proactive pipelines, and serving as a genuine partner to the business. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and carries an active req portfolio while shaping how Wilcore attracts and grows its workforce.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers — anticipate needs, challenge assumptions, and co-design the right hiring approach
- Advise on role design, leveling, interview structure, and offer strategy to improve speed and quality of hire
- Deliver market intelligence on compensation, candidate availability, and competitive dynamics in the federal IT talent market
- Partner with HR leadership to translate contract wins and BD pipeline activity into forward-looking hiring plans
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Own end-to-end recruiting across technical, design, product, program, and corporate roles
- Source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, federal IT communities, professional networks, and referrals
- Conduct in-depth screens assessing qualifications, communication, culture alignment, and compensation fit; proactively build and maintain a warm pipeline of qualified candidates to support speed-to-fill for critical roles
- Lead offer development and negotiation in partnership with HR, balancing candidate expectations with internal equity
- Ensure full OFCCP and EEOC compliance; actively support SDVOSB/veteran hiring initiatives
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Deliver a respectful, responsive hiring experience that sets Wilcore apart in a competitive market
- Act as a brand ambassador — every candidate touchpoint reflects who we are and what we stand for
- Collect candidate feedback and partner with HR to drive continuous process improvement
What You Bring
Required
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience with demonstrated growth into strategic advisory
- Proven success recruiting for a federal contractor or government IT services firm
- Track record as a true hiring manager partner — shaping roles, influencing decisions, not just filling reqs
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Paylocity, ADP, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of OFCCP compliance and federal contractor hiring obligations
- Excellent communication, active listening, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience sourcing and placing cleared professionals (Public Trust, Secret, TS/SCI)
- Familiarity with VA, DoD, SEC, or CMS contracting ecosystems
- Connection to the veteran community and SDVOSB mission
